Memberships that match what you sell
Create the monthly, quarterly, annual, student or day-pass options your gym actually offers. When you add a member, choose the membership they bought instead of typing plan names manually.
Optional public membership page
Publish selected memberships with your gym's address, hours and phone number. Visitors can compare options, then contact or visit the gym to join. They do not enter personal details or pay through Gymembers.
See active members, memberships expiring soon, recent members and today's check-ins as soon as you open the system. The dashboard keeps attention on what the gym needs to handle today.
Turn a laptop or tablet into a locked check-in kiosk. New members receive a short ID such as AB-4821. That ID works across locations in the same gym account but not at unrelated gyms.
Member records and renewals
Search by name, email, phone or member ID. See the membership, home location and expiry date, filter by status and renew a member without opening another system.
Payment records that match the real world
Keep cash, bank-transfer and separately collected card payments in one history. Gymembers does not require your gym to use a new payment processor for member payments.
Create recurring classes across one or several weekdays with a coach, time, duration and capacity. The schedule stays lightweight instead of becoming another complicated booking system.
Reports that answer useful questions
Track visits over time, new members, memberships coming up for renewal and the mix of memberships across the gym. Analytics stay understandable enough to use every day.
Import what you already have
Upload a CSV or spreadsheet export. Common column names are recognised, dates are normalised and matching member records are updated instead of blindly duplicated.
