Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Gymembers, a gym-management software service operated by BrownGlobal Holdings LLC. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms for yourself and, where applicable, the business you are authorized to represent.
1. The service
Gymembers provides software for gym operators to manage locations, membership options, member records, member IDs, check-ins, payment records, classes, imports, public membership information and operational reports. Gymembers is not a gym, bank, accounting firm or payment processor for a gym's members.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information and be authorized to act for the gym or business connected to the account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
3. Subscription and billing
Gymembers is billed at €29 EUR per gym location per month. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can manage billing or cancellation through the billing settings available to your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove access before the end of the already-paid billing period unless access is suspended for misuse or a security issue.
4. Member and customer data
Gym operators are responsible for the member information they enter or import into Gymembers. You must have the rights, permissions and lawful basis required to collect and use that information and must comply with privacy, consumer, employment and other laws that apply to your business.
5. Public membership pages
A gym may choose to publish selected membership prices and business information through Gymembers. Those pages are informational only. The gym remains responsible for the accuracy of the published information and for its own joining, payment and customer-service process.
6. Payment records
Gymembers can record payments collected by a gym through cash, bank transfer, card or other methods. A payment record in Gymembers is an operational record supplied by the gym and is not a guarantee that funds have settled, cannot be reversed or satisfy any accounting, tax or legal requirement.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Gymembers unlawfully, attempt to bypass security or access controls, interfere with the service, submit information you are not authorized to use, or use another person's account without permission.
8. Availability and changes
BrownGlobal Holdings LLC may maintain, improve or change Gymembers over time. We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, security risks, unlawful activity or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using Gymembers and cancel future subscription renewals through billing settings.
10. Operator
Gymembers is operated by BrownGlobal Holdings LLC.
